I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Hello MySpace.I never know what to put in the "About Me" section. How do you find something cool to write that makes you sound special and quirky, but not a freak? Hrm. I'm an actress and writer, retired pop singer who now frequents karaoke bars to get my sangin' fix. I make long, loud sounds in class at the Lee Strasberg Institute. Quietly competitive New Yorker who's been in the city all her life, and is now shuttling between the dread of leaving and the fear of staying forever. The media and entertainment industries fascinate me, I am both a cold, objective student of media theory and a passionate wannabe in this wonderful rat race. I devour everything from trashy celebrity gossip to Sunday morning talk shows. I like hanging out with people who have inner beauty and outer fabulousness, but it takes me a couple of years to call someone a close friend. I am a dorky-dork who believes you can engineer anything and everything. I know true love.So... how did I do?
