..Wayne burst onto the UK music scene in 1995 with his debut album 90 Degrees and Rising which was number 1 in the Music Week dance chart for 3 weeks and in the Urban Street Chart for 8 weeks, featuring the smash single G Spot a top 30 National UK hit and staying in the Music Week Dance charts for eight weeks. He followed up the success of his first album with Censored which came out later the same year it stayed top of the Urban Street Chart for seven weeks, he went on to get two more top 40 National hits.Wayne has achieved a lot since beginning his career in the music industry both as an artist and behind the scenes, but his is particularly proud of becoming the first British R&B artist to be honoured with three Black Music Awards in 1995 for Best Single, Album, Best Newcomer and best artist, along with his singles entering the National Charts. On top of this he appeared on the front covers of The Face, Blues and Soul magazine, Echoes, Touch Magazine, The Voice newspaper, New Nation, Caribbean Times, Music Week, Sunday Mirror and the Sun.Along with other talented artists like Omar and Don E in the 1990s he managed to pave the way for British R&B to enter the mainstream and his music is still played in clubs and the radio both in Britain and abroad.Multi-talented he produced, wrote and recorded his own material, spending the last couple of years putting together a new album. Wayne has also worked with the likes of Handel Tucker producer of, Sly & Robbie and Maxi priest and co-wrote the General levy single Shake what your mama gave yah to name a few. He's Headlined shows with a number of artists including R Kelly, Jodeci and the Jones Girls.Waynes love of music has enabled him to follow his dream, he plans to continue putting out music that will entertain, inspire and lift the people who buy his records.Single Releases: G Spot Top 30 National U.K. hit with the single, which was also number one for 12 weeks in the Urban Street Chart.
