The Rock out Festival is a festival started by three friends in Notodden. It’s a different kind of festival. We wanted a festival not controlled by the hunger for money and profit. We just wanted to have a blast and enjoy good music. And where we live, you have to do things yourself! So with this on our minds we decided to create our own festival, one where we could ROCK OUT, but also be a place for the kids to experience some fine music. Because the whole idea with this festival is that it’s open for everyone. Not only those who is 18 or older.
