After 100 concerts, 1 ep and 1 album the members of Dharma decide to renew the band. Songwriter and vocalist Anne Lise Frøkedal makes a dozen new songs, one member leaves and Harrys Gym is founded.
Up to this point, Dharma had supported The Sountrack of Our Lives at several gigs, played the big stage Enga at the Øya festival 2005, supported Blonde Redhead, worked with Kalle Gustafsson (TSOOL) and James Iha (Smashing Pumpkins) among others.
In less than 6 months Harrys Gym Recording studio has been built, an album is in the making and catchy postdisco is merged with misantropic pop. The spring of 2006 is put aside for touring. Harrys Gym will return to tell you sweet lies and play music based on the strangest heartaches, the dirtiest jokes and blind, overstated courage.
