About Me

I'm and I am possibly the most Northern sounding person I know living in London.At the moment, I am attempting to be a professional city girl working at the 'beeb' - but that goes out of the window after a cider.I have an unhealthy obession with food and my whole day consists of thinking about when I can next eat.I am short and would like to be a few inches taller. I am determined to speak Italian fluently. I can't see properly at the moment and I need my eyes tested. I hate media types and hanger-onners. I miss the days where it was acceptable to get out of bed at 5pm. I like using my camera. I am fascinated by people who live in strange circumstances like that torso woman who kicked about on a skateboard and had her mental brother living in the basement. I am banned from the Holloway Road KFC. I love KFC. I want to drive round America at some point in an old American car and go to those places where you see men chewing tobacco on rocking chairs. I like meeting people who are a bit odd, and who have something hilarious to say. I am doing that alot in London and I love it. It's well Mexico.

My Interests

I like riding the tiger (my bike), round London on a Saturday morning. It's a good feeling. I like buying fresh veg from the man on Holloway road and taking it home in my basket. It makes me feel a bit like I'm living in 1950's London. I love the turkish wonder that I buy chicken from in Finsbury Park. I very much like those nights where you say you are going home after one drink and it ends up turning mental. I think going to a restuarant and drawing out a meal over a bottle of wine is probably one of my favourite things to do. I like making friends through random channels. I met my housemates through an Irish pub where a man called dancing Barry drinks. I love smoking. It's bad but I do. I don't have many smoker friends left and I'm sad about it. I am not interested in exercising but I do try. I run for 5 minutes and feel like I have achieved something.

Anyone who can make me laugh until I get that pain in my rib area. Richard Simmons so I could ask him questions about Michael Hebranko. Sir Alan Partridge. Someone who likes my mental thing..

Music:

Shitloads of stuff. I like the whole underground jazz thing. I like stuff that can get me dancing. I like stuff that can make me feel a bit romantic. I like listening to stuff I would never normally listen to and going to gigs that I would normally refuse to go to. I have two good people kicking about who make that happen.

Movies:

Anchorman is classic.

Television:

The OC is good, though ending tragically. Julie Cooper is a role model to us all. Alan Partridge, Mighty Boosh, Peep Show and Extras fall into good TV for me. I also like any weird documentaries which involve very fat people and/or 'feeders', or sufferers of a variety of diseases. Intriguing. I watched one the other day about a woman who thought she was a wild dog. That was good too.

Books:

I like reading about people. Autobiographies.

Heroes:

I used to say Jonathon Ross - but have changed my mind now for justifable reasons which shall remain secret.

My day at the fair
