I'm as much a songwriter and a lyricist as I'm a producer. I find all the little processes of making a great musical experience very stimulating in every way. I wrote, produced and played the instruments on all of the songs you can download from my website, www.Peterstengaard.com

I've been in bands since the age of 14 and I graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in Denmark at 26. I've been heavily into computers and sequencing since the glorious Atari days (start 90's). Today I work on an Apple Mac running ProTools TDM and Emagic Logic.

I recently moved to Los Angeles.

-Production of this new danish band that won a competition similar to Popstars etc. on the Danish National Radio. The songs will go into heavy rotation on the radio station in august. Production, editing and mixing.

ZAR – Tusind Tanker (DK) 2003.
-This higly acclaimed danish folk group is releasing an album on Sony Music DK in august 2003. Production and mixing. Zar is known all over the world and is playing international festivals regularly. Production, editing and mixing. ZAR singer won danish GRAMMY award for her performance on this album.
