My name is Ben McDermott. I'm 27 and living in the small town of Fort Erie, Ontario Canada. (across from Buffalo NY and 15 near Niagara Falls) I work as the Program Director at the YMCA in our town. I've been working there for almost 10 years!!! Also, for the past 14 years, I have been a volunteer with the local baseball association. I have done everything from running umpires, tournaments and now I run the money!!After that, my passion is music. I love HIT SONGS! No one writes them better then Diane Warren...she has literally written the soundtrack of my life without even knowing my story. I can't imagine what my life would be without her music in it.I've decided to use this site to talk about new music, post song reviews and also add in my weekly playlist. It's pretty much a list of the songs I've played the most over the past week. I listen to everything...pop, rock, country, latin, hip hop, urban...you name it, I listen.
