About Me

Hello. I'm The Corpus Critic.

............................................................ .........................................

The Corpus Critic is Veronica Medina. I am The Corpus Critic. I review and write about local bands in Corpus Christi, Texas and her surrounding areas. I also list local show dates in my calendar, and I post any flyers for those shows on my page. Every month I write a long feature on one local band, adding just a bit more promotion in hopes of inspiring people to find out more about the band themselves. I'm hardly an authority on this subject or any other, and I make no claims to be. All I do is give my personal opinion. I rarely please everyone, and sometimes I don't please anyone. I just love music. I just love this town. I just love this scene, and I want to see her thrive. This is my part, while I'm here. That is all.

Veronica also writes album reviews and local music editorials for FYI .
The Corpus Critic is in no way affiliated with any printed publication, except the recently aforementioned, and does not write under any other name, alias or alter ego. Any claims of anyone else being The Corpus Critic or use of any images associated with The Corpus Critic are false and are being used without permission.Support local music. Support local art. Support locals.
I support you.
