'Any good music must be an innovation' _Les Baxter

About Me

I was born (1978) in TENERIFE, one of the seven Canary Islands in SPAIN. Since I was really young my life has been related to music, studying keyboard and piano first, and guitar at Last. After a few years studying guitar seriously I started playing in different bands in my Country... some of them were:
Marta Solís . Winner of the Billboard World Contest (2004), and the Benidorm Internacional Song Contest (2002)
"At the tender age of 14 Marta Solís began her musical journey performing original compositions as the lead singer of various rock bands and honed her stage presence in clubs throughout the Canary Islands. At 18 she took her solo act to Madrid where she quickly began to build a fan base and also began preparing songs for her first CD release. Since then she has recorded 2 full-length albums , won various prestigious songwriting awards and recorded the title track for the television series ¨Madre sólo hay dos¨ Univision (USA). Her growing popularity and proven talent have attracted the attention of many major record labels in Spain and abroad".
Neith . Electronic and Experimental music. Winner of the Youth Music Contest (2005) in Tenerife. We shared stage with Chemical Brothers, Sven Vath and Unfinished Simpaty,in the Dog's Head Festival (2005)
C4 Jazz Band Fusion and Experimental Jazz. Where I recorded a Live! DEMO that gave us many awards. After giging around with this band for a while I decided to move to Los Angeles to attend Musicians Institute.
I couldn't shut my mouth while Joe Diorio was saying:
"Music is the most wonderful thing in the Universe..."
In September 2006, I came to USA to attend Musicians Institute .
I studied with really great musicians like Scott Henderson, Jean Marc Belkadi, Rick Zunigar(Stevie Wonder, Freddie Hubbard...), Carl Verheyen, Ross Bolton, Jeff Richman, Joe Elliot, Sid Jacobs, Dave Hill, Jamie Findlay, Dale Turner,Dan Gilbert,etc...
Working hard, I graduated in six months in the one and a half year program (Asociate of Arts Degree in Guitar Performance 'GIT') and after that, I did an encore Program to improve my musical skills.
After I Graduated I decided to get some working experience in The States doing some gigs around Los Angeles.
After having collaborations with Ivan Manoloff's Band , and Darren-Marc I joined the LA band called CURANDEROS to start the promotion of their new album and touring around the United States, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and some other places...
I'm open to new projects.
