Michel Banabila and Yasar Saka played for the first time together at the Womad festival in Reading, UK 1992.
They released two cd's ; 'A living thing' , and 'The desert dreamfields' .
Yasar Saka, born in Usak, Turkey, is a multi-instrumentalist who lives and works in Rotterdam. He studied sonology at the Institute of Sonology, Royal Conservatory, The Hague.
Michel Banabila, born in Amsterdam, is a composer in the electronic music-scene. Besides electronics, he uses acoustic instruments, found objects, field recordings, shortwave /tv/ film recordings, vocoder-plugs, and self made instruments.
