Born in Hong Kong and then at the tender age of 6 moved to England..and now here I am since Sept 2004 living in Canada.. have to say loving it so far!
I'm a very down to earth and outgoing kinda gal whose family and friends mean the absolute world to me..I work full time as a Cook, but other than cooking, photography is my other main passion in life.
I love to travel and have been to a number of different places... some of them-- India,Thailand,Japan, New Zealand, Australia,Europe(most of it), Florida, New York...!
( good times had with fantastic friends, tones of memories to cherish! )
According to most of the people I Know they all say that I am without a doubt a typical SCORPIO..Sensitive, Slightly mysterious,Passionate, Moody, definate sting in the tail to some people, dont like confrontation (but am damn good at it....Haha,so YES fight me when Im in the wrong and dont back down,I want to hear your thoughts..really I do),but then on the other hand extremely loyal and would do anything in the world to those I love and care about..Some of these traits are bad but I've learnt how to use them (to my advantage occassionally! So if I know you and like you, I shall have your back no matter what :)
Im abit of a tidy freak, take my closet for example it has to be organised..I only use white and black plastic hangers,and my shoes are all arranged on the shelf by brand and by type..(But you can't look at my closet right this minute though....its empty as my shoes and clothes are all over my room...GOD DAMIT !!)
I love writing, I see it as a really good release, and I think its a good way of reflecting on your life..You can look back on it, and see how everything has turned out.And its with the help of my journals etc....that I have the satisfaction of being reminded of what a complete and total tit I was...its all so wonderful and funny!
I find that there is absolutely nothing more relaxing than having a lovely hot bubble bath surrounded by candle-light after a stressful day.
Like any girl I like to be sexy, but I always keep it classy, something that seems to be fading away these days.. to me Class is a very IMPORTANT quality to have..Strive to be elegant!!
I dont like trends, and love people who are themselves and dont care about the opinions of others around them, and do whatever they want to make themselves feel happy.
I like talking to people and hearing all about their life stories....Everything and everyone influence me..I remember compliments and insults and it really makes my day to know that someone else is happy (as cheesy as that sounds I know)
My favourite artist is Andy Goldsworthy, who I find is able to manipulate nature into seriously beautiful works of art!
I do actually prefer drinking tea to coffee...... (thats a cliche I realize!)and yes I am actually addicted to it I'll admitt.., but on the odd occassion that I do drink coffee it has to be black!
I have 2 dogs ( Molly and Phineaus, who I love to death).
Im a hopeless romantic through and through, and have Loved,Lost and Learned...
... I have been known to be somewhat clumsy and I swear more than I should( but then what cook doesnt do that!!) I'm very laid back and enjoy having time to myself..I do feel confident most of the time, but am sometimes alittle self-depriciating as I can be rather hard on myself..
I like to sing(badly mind) into my hairbrush or if I really feel like belting out a classic I can be sometimes seen using my floor brush as a microphone stand( yep its sad, I know!)
I can be very naive,as I tend to look for the good in almost everything(You dont have to believe me!)
I absolutely love it,when someone can make me laugh so hard, that I end up having tears rolling down my face...
I read alot and have a ridiculous number of books that I have collected over the years.I cannot stand judgemental people and people who think that they are better than eveyone else.And I really hate seeing people get bullied or picked on by others.
I love challenges,and can do pretty much anything if I set my mind to it.
I think life is definitely too short to spend trying to fix people or to make them change who they are to suit your needs.Who'd I'd like to meet
