I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I am one of the fabulous divas known as the Puppini Sisters. I have an obsession for red lipstick, very hot chillies, Hollywood grand dames, bloody red meat, maudlin songwriters and camp 80s Pop. I am small but possess unsurpassed leader-like qualities, and though I have a perplexing penchant for all things dark and moody - together with very disturbing dreams -, I am actually rather lovely. I have had many incarnations before my current life as a Puppini Sister: Fashion designer, Gay disco diva (I sang the very camp gay club anthem Revolution), Musical Director and orchestra conductor for the Whoopee Club, cabaret performer, tequila girl.I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)

My Interests

Fashion (I initially trained as a designer at Central St Martins in the days before The Puppini Sisters), drawing (and reading) comics, black and white movies (1930s and '40s Hollywood, 1950s Italian cinema, Ingmar Bergman), sci-fi/thrillers (movies or books) , cooking big dinners for lots of friends, very long walks in the Italian Alps, mushroom picking (also in the Italian Alps), alternative cabaret and burlesque performances.

I'd like to meet:

Tom Waits, Nick Cave, Dolly Parton, Moldavian accordeon players and Bette Davis. Artistic minded people who are not self obsessed. Glamorous ladies. The genius who created MAC's Ruby Woo lipstick.

This is what I'd like to see on it:
