About Me

I enjoy thinking, sleeping, thinking about sleeping, being on TV, laughter, rainbows, the less fortunate, hot pants, hot sauce and other people's opinions of me provided they're celebratory. I'm currently making this blog my bitch. Wait, I'm also currently blogging over here at alisonMrosen.blogspot.com . I do a segment on NBC's Weekend Today in New York show at 6:45AM on Saturdays where I talk about stuff going on in the city. I make jokes when I should be serious. I like words. I think I like them more than people. I pretty much always giggle when there's a big noise and then someone grabs their stomach and says "excuse me." I don't really like hot sauce. I do like writing demented things though and now all the people who've been wanting to read the intros and repeating elements on Red Eye have a place they can go to find them. How lovely! Also: you're welcome!

My Interests

I have many, and they are all very interesting I assure you. Philately happens not to be one of them, nor anything involving aquariums or hobbying in general, which is a shame come to think of it, as I've always thought of myself as something of an enthusiast.

I'd like to meet:

Wait! I haven't finished talking About me yet!Click below to listen to some radio interviews I did with Michael Showalter and Michael Ian Black:

I keep my countenance,/I remain self-possessed/Except when a street-piano, mechanical and tired/Reiterates some worn-out common song/With the smell of hyacinths across the garden/Recalling things that other people have desired,/Are these ideas right or wrong?

The Two Coreys

I always liked Corey Haim better, I mean, I always thought he was the superior Corey, but A&E's The Two Coreys is forcing me to rethink everything.
