KEEP YOUR EYES AND WITS ABOUT YOU THOUGH!
Multifarious interests, which really means I have so many I have little time for any one in specific. Do you get the impression I am dodging the issue here? You would be correct If put on the spot,I would have to say my main interest would be in time travel, were it possible. Regressive time travel that is, with the ability to freeze time at a particular point...Of my choosing naturally!...We can all wish! No interest in forward time travel, to a world devoid of Equatorial rain forest, life deprecated in quality, (Bad enough at the moment!) due the ever increasing demands of over population etc., etc., the only advantage being, I wouldn't be there to experience it...Well only as a visitor from the past, return ticket an absolute necessity.
The odds of being struck by lightning are 1 in 6,000,000...Feel unlucky?

The Optimist
Ozymandias
I met a traveller from an antique land,
Who said -- "two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert ... near them, on the sand,
Half sunk a shattered visage lies, whose frown,
And wrinkled lips, and sneer of cold command,
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them, and the heart that fed;
And on the pedestal these words appear:
'My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings,
Look on my Works ye Mighty, and despair!'
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal Wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away." --
Shelley
How ant-like are man's endeavors in the passage of time.
Playfully passing plesiosaur peremptorily panics unsuspecting prospectors.

I am frequently meeting myself coming back, which greatly
restricts the time available for meeting others. Nah! Him,
her,you everyone and anyone has something to offer, even,
me,so I would like to meet everyone and everybody,
anyone, and anybody...Can't really meet everyone and,
everybody, so I guess it has to be anyone or anybody.
Are you an anyone or an anybody? Or are you a nobody?
Nah! Nobody is an nobody, or an anyone, or anybody,
for that matter...Busybody, yes, somebody, yes, but not,
a nobody or an anybody!
Were time travel possible, I would dearly wish to return to
times when life was worth living, because it was shared.
Failing that, I would like to go meet my heroes, Leonardo
da Vinci and William Shakespeare, just to acquaint them as
to how their works remain alive and vibrant, so very long
after they were created.
