After seeing how the music scene had deteriorated into a contest of bands attempting to "out-brutalize" each other, ex-members of the now-defunct band Maxx Rebo decided to take matters into their own hands.
Phantelé was formed.
While retaining the creative songwriting trademark which defined Maxx Rebo so well, Phantelé can be seen as a more refined and mature successor. Stay tuned.
