“… when you get to listen to the amazing evolution, the sheer raw power and depth of their new compositions, it becomes clear that the band has reached some sort of threshold where they create a fusion from the darkest parts of El Clan and the more direct, louder parts of Ansia, incorporating in the process the best of both worlds, yet exploring new frontiers and breaking new ground, without constraining themselves to any specific trends, and awarding the final product a more contemporary and bewitching quality: El Clan just released a symbiont of gothic/hard metal song named 'Boca de Lobo', which is just the prelude of what is to come: They will be working in the recording studio this April/May 2007 to make a full album, and they promise their new CD will 'blow your brain out'. Be warned! Look for the record, it's coming out soon...â€

Abril 2007
A circle of light flickers.
A circle of light flickers through a sheet of paper.
A circle of light flickers through a sheet of paper and illuminates what’s written.
Are those written words the reason why we’re here? Why have we come?
The Calling. The Dark. The expectation and the yearning. From within the shadows the faces emerge…
Words become whispers reminiscent of a sultry prayer. Thus, the Ritual begins, and music gives way to the chants. As the chants grow louder, their strength is transformed into dance, then the dance is transformed into frenzy.
Far away in the distance, the heart of a martyr comes back to life, and memories start to flow anew. After the Calling, this night we gather around a circle of light, which flickers through a sheet of paper. So… Why have we come?
Because we are all the Clan.
