you, as long as your ego is smaller than you. i don't like people who are different for difference's sake. Be yourself and all is cool with me.(if you don't know me, but understand the true breaks lingo then daym yo, raer jawn wordlife gawd son! If you don't know what I'm talking about, don't ask to be my goddamn friend. I'm fed up with photochopped strippers and fake artists messaging me, go find someone else to pester.)
hiphop (www.solesides.com / www.the-breaks.com - hit me up on the boards) and pretty much anything else that's got tha funk. from old blues and soul to rock to metal to punk to ska to reggae and back again. When clubbing it's hiphop/dnb/breakbeat all the way.I would list all the artists I'm into, but that just screams of self-congratulatory narcisism (and it would take bloody days to type), so sorry, you'll just have to ask me. My collection is eclectic and extensive and if you know me you'll know I like discussing it.However, don't start giving me shit about how good your band/music is...I know what I like and I'll find it on my own or through people i trust. If I haven't asked your opinion then I don't give a shit about your opinion. natch.but for this month the album i would suggest you all buy is Thavius Beck 'Thru'. And when I say buy I mean it, don't go and download off some filesharing/streaming site like a little bitch. If you don't support the artist you don't get an opinion.
film degree so I'm somewhat varied and (un)informed in my choices. here's my flavour of the month - Pan's Labyrinth. It's a good and gory children's film; exactly what we were all hoping the Brother's Girmm would be - go watch!
don't watch it. we design it so you don't leave your seat. it's evil and addictive.
anything and everything - reading is my main source of distraction. at the moment i would suggest Pushing Ice by Alastair Reynolds.
Hendrix, God, Kubrick, Isambard Kingdom Brunel, Frank Lampard, John Terry, John Ford and Tony Alva...to name a few. Anyone that persevered and won through against adversity.oh, and Eric Cartman.
