NEW CHEESE RECORDS

BRING IT ON HOME!

About Me

MyGen Profile GeneratorNEW CHEESE RECORDS is a little label wich will drop new covers in 45s vinyls of old rare and wicked songs, a la retro recorded by nowaday bands, bringing the best in up soul, deep funk, northern, jazz breaks and rare groove... The first New Cheese Records 45 comes with, in the A side, Dan Brantley and V. Taylor’s “I can’t take no more”, edited in 67-68 as a B side for “Please, accept my love”, by Sims. It’s one of those love and hate stories so founded in the most classic soul songs, and Tokyo Sex Destruction has made it a more furious up-powersoul tune. “Everywhere I go”, by the one and only Lou Rawls –died last January 2006- comes from the gospel, which so many icons from the golden soul ages has inspired. For us, it’s like an un-hidden tribute to our lovely B sides. “Everywhere I go”, from the 1971 LP “Natural Man” (MGM), never was edited as a 45, some anomaly that today, 35 years after, we want to arrange. Tokyo Sex Destruction version for this tune is sure coming to be a dancefloor stomper.CRAZY TV SPOT FOR VOLKSWAGEN MULTIVAN WITH THE 4 MAD LADS FROM TOKYO SEX DESTRUCTION (long version)(short version)EL RPIMER 45 DE NEW CHEESE RECORDS, magistralmente interpretado por la banda TOKYO SEX DESTRUCTION, recoge en su cara A el tema de Dan Brantley i V. Taylor “I can’t take no more”, editado el año 67-68 como cara B de “Please, accept my love”, por el sello Sims.
