The group is a team up of all professional local bands in Bacolod City when each of them decided to form a group and to contribute and compose songs together, realizing that they can showcase more of their individual talents as one . They are Christian on Bass, Robert on Drums, Peter on lead guitar, Budha on vocals and Xyron ..boards and at the same time composer and arranger for the group. It was almost half year when they were able to finish all 12 tracks of their compilation. From a simple quality home recording they were discovered and recognized by ABS-CBN MOR FM radio station after submitting their demo to the station. At present they are enjoying airplays of their songs from their 12 track album and as well in top radio stations in Cebu. They started to group themselves in 2004 and chose the name "4WheelDrive" because it speaks of their determination and passion for music. They want to reach their goal in the field of music and want to reach the destination despite the rough road. The group draws inspiration in composing songs from their challenges, problems and barriers they face as they continue to journey in the world of music and entertainment.
