HOW DO I STRUCTURE MY AB ROUTINE.. (read this)

for me pick easy exercises to start with and when you can happily do about 2 sets i a row of an exercise, try harder ones... then only rest when you absolutely must, so take a short 10 t0 15 sec, rest...
