About Me

EXPERIENCE (Aug 01-Jan 05) Irvington High School, in Fremont, Ca. As Varsity Cheerleading Head Coach I designed specific work out programs, choreographed dance routines for events, and was a mentor to the high school cheerleaders. (Jan 02-Jan 05) Ohlone College, in Fremont, Ca. I was a Butt’s and Gut’s Instructor Assistant. Assisting in a small warm-up followed by some stretching, and then into an anaerobic lower body workout while using a plyoball, resistant training, or the step. Focused highly on the glute and abdominal region. (Aug 02-Jan 05) Ohlone College,in Fremont, Ca. I was a Health/Fitness Teacher Assistant. Assistant to Ohlone College Professor Lottie Bain (Fitness for Life, Health 101, Women Studies 150, and Butt’s and Gut’s). I helped tutor and assist students along with completing various assignments and assisting her in her classes. (Jan 03-Jan 05) Ohlone College, in Fremont,Ca. I was the Student Personal Trainer for Ohlone College sport team players (Baseball, Basketball, Water Polo, and Swimming), students and faculty. Helped set-up and complete the clients programs, goals and results desired. (June 04-Jan 05) Ohlone for Kids, in Fremont, Ca. A Sport Court Camp Coach. I taught how to play Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, and Badminton to Elementary and Jr. High school students. ( Dec 05- March 06) 24 Hour Fitness, in Sherman Oaks, Ca. A Personal Trainer and Group Ex Instructor. Group Exercise classes including: Boot Camp, Butt’s and Gut’s, Ab-Express, Jazz Dance. Personal training focused most on the core and overall well-balance. Pilates was included for most clients. EDUCATION I’ve studied at Ohlone College, Cal Arts Institute, Los Angeles Valley College, and with the National Endurance and Sports Training Association (NESTA). CERTIFICATION Ohlone Fitness Certification, NFHS-Coaching Cheerleading, Health Care Provider (CPR included), APEX- Nutrition Certification, 24 Hour Personal Training Certification.
