I teach two classes in Moorpark. One is Cardio Kick Boxing and the other is Sculpt & Tone. One class is geared toward weight lifting plus cardio and the other is high intensity cardio. I teach 8 hours a week, plus have personal clients and I dance 8 hours a week. Country dancing (2 step, waltz, swing and some line dances) is my dance of choice. Lot's of fun and great people to enjoy it with.

..I am highly motivated to help others reach their full potential in life. The way I see it, many people decide to lay expectations on others to make them happy. It's only when you reverse that thought process and invest in yourself that you make yourself happy. You can't expect anyone else to make you happy. You've got to make the decision to do anything you can to find the joy in life. When that switch occurs, others are drawn to your confidence and your joy and want to be near you. You'll find that you have more energy to give to others. You'll have inner peace, love and self respect and therefore will be able to give to another person (in a healthy way). In my opinion, it all starts with having a great attitude when it comes to taking better care of yourself. You've got to take care of yourself first (not in a selfish way). Are you getting proper rest? Are you eating a healthy diet? Are you exercising to maintain the right amount of energy, acheive your personal fitness goals? Do you feel good about the way you see yourself? if not, then what's holding you back? Fear??? Not knowing what to do? Motivation? Self respect or lack thereof? Whatever it is, I am here to listen, give advise (if you want) or to just support you along your personal journey. Let's figure it out and devise a game plan that's realistic for you....
Music:
I like a wide variety of music. These days I'm into country music since most pop/hip-hop or rap just sounds the same. Here is a sample of songs that inspire me and songs that I love dancing to.
Movies:
Thriller, mysteries, comedies and really anything that is good. Although these days, I don't really watch too many movies.
Television:
Right now the only thing I have time to watch is American Idol and Dancing with the Stars. But I do love Grey's Anatomy and Heroes.
Books:
I will read just about anything that's geared towards human movement and fitness.
