About Me

Screaming out of the Babylon of Orange County like the fire of Armageddon, Disorient Express bring to the table a rarity in these days--the ability to come hard and original. Melting dub and roots reggae with elements of punk and thrash, this 5-piece powerhouse guarantees an intense live show. With concussive percussion, a low end to nausea and the gift of profanity lying somewhere between the guitar string and the pick-up, they have won over the toughest of So Cal crowds.
Not only did D.E. experience the opportunity to perform on the "Hot Topic" stage at the Vans Warped Tour in 2005, they have, throughout their span thus far, shared the stage with such acts as: hardcore legend H.R. from Bad Brains; punk artists, Voodoo Glow Skulls; United Kingdom Grammy award winners, Steel Pulse; last surviving Wailer, Bunny; Virgin Islands phenomenon, Midnite; and have acted as the backing band for acclaimed Hawaiian Reggae artist, Humble Soul, both in Southern California and Hawaii. Currently the band is writing material for their first full length release entitled, "Trying Times." A three-song EP sampler from this new album is available via the music player on this page.
