THE ONLY ROCKER IN THE VILLAGE

About Me

I am 42, not sure how I got that old so fast so refuse to believe it. I love music and travel and work in the horse racing betting industry on-course. I am also a freelance writer and have been published regularly in music and horse racing publications, monthly in Racing Ahead and occasionally in The Racing Post Weekender as well weekly in the Mid-Devon Gazette series. My ambition is to write more and travel more. I love music festivals and gigs, it's like a double life that seems to go well together and mess each other up totally at the same time, but racing n rocknroll could have a future together. I hate the town I live in mainly because of some the pond life who dwell in it but also have some great mates here too.I do love Devon and North Devon and Croyde Bay especially, it's very nice when the sun comes out but still groovy when It doesn't,but I'm also just as happy in a rockin' gig in the evil city but I love Devon with its rolling hills and wonderful beaches, as much as I love to travel it's nice to have such a fantasic county to come home to. That's me in a nutshell, if I think of any more I'll add it. Cheers for looking. If you are interested: One of the magazines I write for....

I have also been Horseracing in Thailand, India, Singapore and Canada.I also enjoy going to the gym to try and keep Mr Middle Aged, Old Father Time, not to mention The Grim Reaper at bay.
