Revolt-Sound was founded in 2004 by Dj Smash. The idea was to build a Sound-Community for us who work together in the Revolt-Studio. Smash and Hives worked together as DJs since 99 playing Drum n Bass at the legendary Underbridge Parties and with the Gunshot-Kru in Westheim and Jimmy T. / Speyer. Different Projects followed: As "Rokk Royal" (HipHop) had split Smash had many Sessions with their members Stone, Saschko76 and Marlo, who moved to Berlin. The studio was build up in 2003 and Smash, Stone, Saschko76 and MKB started their "Pfalzcatraz Project". 2004 Smash met wOZU and they decided to found a new Soundsystem "Revolt-Sound" and to work together with Stone, Hives and MKB as an open minded Sound-Community and to combine our different styles, abilities and interests. We perform : Dancehall, Drum n Bass, Old Skool/Nu Skool Breakbeatz, HipHop, Bigbeat, Electro, House, Funk and join artists like Nyack, Rizzla, Makeem, Saschko76 ...to name just a few
