I just can not escape music. Ever since I landed my first regular gig as a singer/guitarist back when I had just turned 16 I knew that this was it. Since then I've been playing and writing in an array of styles through the past 15 years and consequently my taste in music these days really only depends on quality. I have been a student of music since '00. Did 3 years of jazz studies in Denmark. Went to Berklee in Boston for a few years and then ended up in Amsterdam studying arranging/composition at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. I spend my days (& nights..) mainly with orchestral writing and different kinds of jazz writing (bigband, octets, swingin shit) but still, I really do like to just sit down with my guitar, look out the window and come up with some chords and some words. like old times.. ------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------------------------------- WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU? : ~Writing for strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, choir, etc. ~Conducting. ~Background/lead vocals for recordings in any style (7 years of vocal training). ~Teaching; singing lessons. ~Live performances; Jazz quartet with vocals. (+ sax, trumpet or violin on request) ~Available as "stand in" (extensive experience in rock, funk, soul & pop music).
