WHAT`S UP WITH BLACK GEM... Presently he his working on releasing his first single on downloads soon, and in record stores by the end of this year with a big live event ( AFTER PATTY) with radio station D.Js and othere acts in the U.K reggae dance hall, Hip-Hop and R & B scene. ALL SO A DANCE HALL QUEEN COMPETITION AT THE NITE, DEC 16 AT THE MASS IN BRIXTON. Names of D.Js and live performers to be announce SOON. KEEP IN TOUCH.
ABOUT HIS MUSIC
My music is me my life, my dream, my future, my hope, my pain, my lost, my weakness and strength, my sadness and happiness, my love and my everything. I believe reggae music is one of the main foundations of all music. For me, Reggae music and hip-hop are one true deep down from the heart expression of themselves, these two music that were build out of revolution, love and freedom. Mixing these two legendary musics together is JAH FORCE. I fell privilege to do it. So I say one love to everyone out there spreading the massage about oneness, love and justices for all.BIOGRAPHY
As a child, he used to listen to people around him telling stories: imaginative stories, traditional stories, oral history. He absorbed these stories and became a good story-teller himself although still young. He also began to weave the stories into songs and acting it out. He has recently finished his studies in acting and theatre performance at City and Islington College. where he also successfully work with a live band for one year as a song writer, producer and a lead vocal. He also did lots of performances with the band in London; at the end of the course he successfully archived a diploma in music.
He was also able to attract two a private recording company call Platinum Suites, and Anger management. With his unique talent in music, acting and song writing. To record his demo album. With the companies he has successfully had three of his songs on radio while still in studio working hard recording and also performing in clubs in London. With the other company they are ready to release his first single.
He has also work with a theatre company called Candid Theatre. Candid is fringe theatre company that helps young actors and musicians to develop there skills in performance, script writing and directing short plays. He was successfully able to stage three plays with the company with playing one of the lead rolls in all there performances. At the end of the project his pictures were framed and placed in the performing arts work shop studio which he was very proud of. He has also work with a dance company call Connecting Vibe (raw skills). He was able to stage six performances with the company in London and Birmingham. which he was very proud of as a performer.
