I have a great passion for music, all types, Started singing age 7 with my brothers at my local church, My dad loved music and played guitar he always encouraged me to sing and play in church so I have to thank him for pushing me to develop my music.What I love best is listening to great music and I grew up listening to singers like Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles , The Winans and Donny Hathaway.Age around 13 I wrote my first song with my brother Matthew for are harmony group which also included two of are closest friends it was then that I realized that I wanted to create music and write songs as much as I could I was hooked.After I finished school I decided to do a music tech course and got a diploma then I went to jazz school
For a while, now I am working hard towards the release of some of my material so stay tuned!I also work with an independent production company (Groovelabmusic) Where I do music programming and song writing for different artist I have also had quite good experience as a backing musician and have work with many professional acts Including the well establish band Manic Street Preachers.Groovelabmusic is the label that I intend on releasing my music, I have a great 4 pieces backing band and also a few backing singers, my style of music varies from acoustic, to soul to rock.Influences start from Rod Stewart, Sting, Phil Collins to Donny Hathaway to Norah Jones.Well thats me for now! if you like what you hear add me as a friend or leave a messge and ill keep you posted!!
