Heroes:

For me a "hero" is somebody I deeply admire for his/her ideas, opinions, moral qualities... It's a person who is able to bring me intense and pure emotions, and to make me dream! And I think that...ANYONE CAN BE A HERO FOR SOMEONE :)) That's why after my parents, my close relatives and friends, here are some people I really consider as heroes... An extraordinary band: ANATHEMA !!! A wonderful singer: VINCENT CAVANAGH An incredible composer & lyricist: DANIEL CAVANAGH The Cavanagh Brothers, Danny & Vinnie - Forgotten Hopes (in a hotel room): here is how I discovered Anathema :)) What a great moment of emotion it was the 1st time I saw this video!!! Anathema - Fragile Dreams (live in Poland, 2004): it rocks!! Anathema - Temporary Peace (live in Spain, 2004): beautiful!! The Cavanagh Brothers, Danny and Vinnie - Wish You were Here + Inner Silence (acoustic live with a cello player in Romania, 2004): really nice and touching!!! The very 1st metal band I fell in love with: METALLICA!!! Metallica - Cliff Burton solo + For Whom the Bells tolls (live in the USA, 1985) Metallica - Fade to black (videoclip): Sooo intense!!! Metallica - Master of Puppets (S & M live, 1999) Metallica - Seek and Destroy (Live at Rock in Rio, 2004) The 2nd metal band I fell in love with: DREAM THEATER!!! Dream theater - Instrumedley (Live at Budokan, 2004): what amazing musicians they are!!! In an 'interview laugh' with children: very lovely and funny! SALVADOR DALI (Spanish surrealist painter) He said: "You have to systematically create confusion, it sets creativity free. Everything that is contradictory creates life." Here are some of his incredible paintings: The Persistence of Memory (1931) Metamorphosis of Narcissus (1937) Swans reflecting Elephants (1937) The Face of War (1940) The hero of my childhood (loll!!): CAPTAIN HERLOCK
