I reject your reality, and substitute my own

About Me

"Oh dear. This calls for a very special blend of psychology... and EXTREME VIOLENCE!!!"

Now dedicated to training myself to "see the Matrix".

My Interests

Hockey, Australian Football, Roller Derby, Soccer, Pro Wrestling, music, movies, reading, video games, surfing the internet...

I'd like to meet:

Liz Hurley. Shakira, Hudson Leick, Kate Beckinsale, Ana Barbara, Sabrina Salerno, Naomi Watts...
OH -- you mean on HERE? Ehh -- whoever... If you share any of the same interests I do, it's all good, I guess... (but thanks to the dozens and dozens of Friend Requests that I've gotten from spammer skanks and shitty bands, I've finally had to change my preferences to only allow FR's from people who know my email or last name. Sorry! As always, the few ruin it for the many...)
And -- no, just 'cause I'm from the ATL does NOT mean I'm a fan of the stinkin' Atlanta Thrashers!!!

Music:

I like everything from Robert Johnson to Napalm Death. Mostly rock and metal -- but I dig some blues, jazz, classical... As long as it's guitar-based and not TOO poppy, I'll probably dig it to one degree or another. Some of my all-time faves: Jimi Hendrix, Frank Zappa, Motörhead, Thin Lizzy, Deep Purple, Slayer, the Angels (aka: Angel City), Black Sabbath, King's X, Pink Floyd, Rory Gallagher, Iron Maiden, the Who, Cheap Trick, Rush, Mercyful Fate, Alice Cooper, Mojo Nixon, Marillion, Chuck Berry, The Shazam, UFO, the Doors, Smithereens, Misfits, Queenrÿche, X, Southern Culture On The Skids, James Brown, The Pursuit Of Happiness, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Judas Priest, Solitude Aeturnus, Black Flag, the Cult, Hanoi Rocks, ELO, Bathory, the Police, Monster Magnet, Jason & the Scorchers, Opeth, Candlemass, Supersuckers, Strapping Young Lad, just about any NWOBHM band -- I could go on, but we'd be here for DAYS...

Movies:

My all-time favorite movies are "Slap Shot" and "This Is Spinal Tap", but I like all kinds -- just usually not a real big fan of the typical big-budget Hollywood blockbuster junk... I'm REALLY into asian movies at the moment -- especially Hong Kong action, Japanese samurai and horror, Korean. I also really like Italian spaghetti westerns a lot. And of course there's the greatest movie ever made: UNDERWORLD (a hot vampire chick in a skin-tight black latex catsuit running around shooting werewolves? C'mon! Tell me what's better than THAT?!?). My favorite directors: Dario Argento, Terry Gilliam, Steven Soderbergh, Beat Takeshi Kitano, the Coen Brothers, Wong Kar Wai, Peter Jackson, Takashi Miike, Sam Peckinpah, John Woo (before he went Hollywood)...
AND EVERY PERSON ON THE PLANET NEEDS TO SEE THE DOCUMENTARIES:
"THE CORPORATION"
"AMERICA:
FREEDOM TO FASCISM"

and
"THE GOD
WHO WASN'T THERE"
!!!
As well as "WHY WE FIGHT", "IRAQ FOR SALE: THE WAR PROFITEERS", "9/11: PRESS FOR TRUTH", and "LOOSE CHANGE"!

Current: the Daily Show, the Colbert Report, Countdown With Keith Olbermann, the Shield, Monk, Mind Of Mencia, The Sarah Silverman Program, Ice Road Truckers, My Name Is Earl, the Office, 30 Rock, Damages, Mythbusters, Psyche, South Park, Dirty Jobs, 30 Days, the Simpsons, Rescue Me, Eureka, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Burn Notice, Pushing Daisies, Everybody Hates Chris, the 4400, the Venture Brothers, Metalocalypse, Harvey Birdman, Robot Chicken
