Goknil Gokmen

Goknils career started during the mid 90ies. In a short time he became resident DJ of Istanbuls famous clubs such as Twenty (20), Fourteen and Milk. In 1998 Goknil joined Turkeys one and only dance station of that time, Radio 2019 and its legendary Dance Department where he offered electronic music lovers an uplifting, unique cocktail of deep, jazzy, soulful and tech house blended with a sprinkle of Detroit techno.Goknil combines the elegance of jazz with the deepness of soul and the flamboyance of disco with groovy house rhythms. Bringing together house and industrial techno, Goknil aims to share the deepness and flow of music with all listeners.Goknil Gokmen performed at many electronic music festivals and parties where he had the chance to play with world famous names of the scene. In 2000 he met Mert Yucel, with whom he founded DeepXperience Production. The team had some internationally recognized releases. Since 2002 Goknil has been involved in his own deep and jazzy house productions.
