I started playing very young, and had lessons off and on. When I was in my early teens I met a teacher in Pittsburgh who helped me tremendously. I went to college at the University of North Texas, and had a really good experience there. There was a lot of jamming and learning from the other students, as well as great faculty. After college I taught for one year at a university, and then moved to Sweden to do some playing. After I returned to the US, I started working on my DMA in piano performance, which I completed in 2003. I now teach at Morehead State University in Kentucky.Along the way I have been very lucky to have played with some great musicians, and have especially enjoyed working on the projects that involve recording.Leave me a message!
