Straight from both sides of the tracks, came a product of creative skills named, Chiba. Born in Neptune, NJ and raised in both Neptune and Asbury Park, NJ, Chiba began displaying her talent and skills at an early age. She entered talent shows and fashion shows, and also began designing clothes and doing hair for her peers. She lost her mother and father at an early age, which forced her to become more mature and that's when her creative expression began.
Chiba then moved to Atlanta, GA and began entering more contests. She won her first talent contest at the age of 15. She then noticed that her talent could be turned into a career move and she began writing her own music and learning about the game. She was inspired by her Mother, Charlene Reevey and her Father, Kelvin Greene, her Daughter Makyla Jefferson, her brother Kevin Reevey, Ericka Reevey, Alicia Reevey, Holly Reevey, Mary Reevey and the rest of her family. Musical inspiration came from Queen Latifah, Mecca, Outcast, Da Brat, Goody Mobb, Young Bloodz, Ludacris, T.I.P., MC Lyte, Missy Elliot, Mary J. Blige, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Souls of Mischief, Wu-Tang, Jimmy Eat World, Green Day and John Mayer. Her taste in different music genres makes her a diverse artist, because she is not stuck in the mold of being limited.
Chiba goals are to begin her own record label called "Jerzey Peach Records". She also has her own publishing company. She wants to open an avenue for young ladies and women all over the world to show that they can achieve their goals in life without giving into the negative imagery that is portrayed in the media today. Chiba was the passenger in a car accident in 2000, which caused her face to be scared and resulted in the cancellation of her modeling contract. Even after 7 surgeries, she never gave up on her dreams. This is exactly why she is becoming a role model.
Chiba was most recently on the VH1 reality show called “ego Trip’s Miss Rap Supremeâ€. She also has performed at Georgia Tech, opening for Ludacris. She also performed at Nascar, opening for Bow Wow and Ciara. She opened for Pastor Troy and has appeared in several Hip Hop videos. She models and is currently featured on the cover of Street Wise magazine. Her fan base is very heavy and her fans anticipate the release of her upcoming album and mixtape. She is also currently acting in a movie called "Motion Music" and has leading role in a movie called "Make it Rain" by Das Dillinger. Chiba is also a motivational speaker.
In life we have choices and it's the choices you make that created the path which you will walk in life. Chiba lives by this motto.
