MARTOHELL 2008 (ENGLISH BELOW)MartoHell Metal Rumble (Band Tournament) - 10 - 17 - 25 de Mayo en el Centro Cívico La Sedeta (Barcelona)Concurso de bandas dividida en dos fases: La primera, donde todas las bandas se registran en nuestra Web ( www. martohell. com ). De todas las registradas el público escoge 15 bandas mediante votos que serán las que pasan a la siguiente fase. La segunda fase consiste en tres días de conciertos donde de las 15 bandas que participan se escogeran 6 que pasarán a la gran final.MartoHell Horns Up 08 - Día 14 de JunioLas 6 bandas finalistas disputarán la gran final para ser una de las 3 elegidas las cuales serán las que participarán en la edición Oktoberfest. Además contará con la gran invitación de la banda de thrash metal holandesa LEGION OF THE DAMNED.MartoHell Oktoberfest 08 - Día 4 de OctubreEste año contamos con la participación de ARTILLERY (Dinamarca), DÉTENTE (Estados Unidos) con la participación de la cantante de Hellion Ann Boleyn sustituyendo a la legendaria Dawn Crosby y NECRODEATH (Italia) más alguna banda aún por confirmar. En esta edición contará también con las tres bandas nacionales ganadoras del torneo de banda realizado durante este año 2008. Además, cabe recordar que contará también, como en años anteriores, puestos de merchandising, meet & greet, biergarten, karaoke y muchas sorpresas más. Esperamos que haya mucha gente animada y que se acerque a nuestro festival para pasar un gran día completo de buena música y diversión. Para más información consultar nuestra página web ( www. martohell. com ).---------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------MARTOHELL 2008This year, we begin a local bands contest, called Martohell Metal Rumble, where the bands can register in our official website ( www. martohell. com ) and the metalheads can choose their favorite band. Then, when the vote’s days are closed, the first fifteen bands happen to the following round. This round consists in three differents showdays in Barcelona. After this shows we select 6 bands that happen to the final round.This final round is the Martohell Horns Up (June 14th) which, for this year, we’ve confirmed the dutch thrash metal band LEGION OF THE DAMNED. In this festival we will select the three winners of our contest. These bands will have the opportunity to play in our big festival, the Martohell Oktoberfest.The Martohell Oktoberfest (October 4th) is our big indoor festival. For this year, we have some legend bands. For example, from Denmark will come ARTILLERY, who will destroy our asses with their thrash metal and for this time of the Martohell’s life, we will bring an US band. We will bring DÉTENTE with Ann Boleyn from HELLION, who replaces Dawn Crosby (R.I.P). Also will come the Italian band NECRODEATH and many more.Also in this festival will have other activities like a biergarten, a metal karaoke, guitar hero machines, merchandising stands, meet & greet section and some other stuff.
