Highlight all the code below the chosen contact table and copy it by pressing Control-C (or Apple-C for Mac).
Log into Myspace and click on the "Edit Profile" link.
Paste in the code into one the profile edit boxes by clicking in the box and pressing Control-V (or Apple-V for Mac) and click the "Save All Changes" button.
