Professora Tigresa will be teaching the classes so come out and check this Art of Brazilian Dance fighting out......................................................... ............ 5.14.07 Thiago "Pitbull" Alves has officially started his Women's Kickboxing classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday Mornings at 10:00 a.m. This class is a great way to start the day. The first week is free for all women. Let your girlfriends know as summer is right around the corner. As soon as this class fills up, we will be expanding to evening classes and earlier in the morning classes. Wednesday and Friday mornings we are having abs, Butt and legs workout with Jason "the Killer" Kelly. Ladies, if he is as tough on you as he is on the guys, this will be the best workout of your life. Over the last month we have had Master Liborio, Danillo Villefort, Edson Diniz, Dustin "Clean" Denes, Parrumpinha, and Renato Taveres in the school. Kids classes have begun and we have a couple future Champions train now and our adult program is over 50 people and growing! Our Kickboxing classes started March 28th with Instructor Rebecca Mello teaching Monday Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 with more classes to be added to be added as the classes fill in.
