About Me

My main hobby is my amateur drama club and you can see our wee website by clicking RIGHT HERE for details and you can even see photos from past shows in the other links in that site. We normally only perform comedy shows, twice a year, which are much more fun and we have a great laugh making them. Also, there is no drug that can give you the feeling of an appreciative audience. Does that come across right?...
Yeah, I think so...
Our website has been updated with some photies from the last show, which took place on 18 and 19 May 2007, so click the coloured link above and have a look.OUR NEXT COMEDY SHOW IS ON 23 & 24 NOVEMBER 2007, SO MAKE A NOTE IN YOUR DIARY!
If any of you would like tickets to the show, just let me know!
I have been in my amateur drama club for 18 years and we normally do 2 shows a year, so there are too many to mention, although you probably wouldn't know any of them anyway. We normally do Scots comedies . The year before last though, we were asked by Renfrewshire Council to perform a show in commemoration of the 700th anniversary of the death of William Wallace , who was born in Elderslie (the location of the club), although the main Wallace Monument is in Stirling . I played William Wallace and it was great fun. You may have have seen, or at least heard of, the inaccurate film of his life, Braveheart , which starred Mel Gibson. Click the coloured links to see details.
If anybody, for what ever strange reason, wants to hear what I sound like and look like on home webcam, you now can by checking out my First Crappy Short Videos, by going to http://www.livevideo.com/andrewerroch and while you are there, you can also have a wee peak at the above mentioned Wallace show, when I played William Wallace.
I am now registered in a drama casting agency (only as a background artist - aka 'extra', for now). You can see the wesite and my cheesy (smiling) photo RIGHT HERERecord your own little voicemail comments for me, using the great new SnapVine device below. Click where it says Record by Phone: -
I'll try anything at least once (within reason), as long as it looks like fun.
I also love playing and listening to music and singing too.
I still feel (and act) like a teenager.
Can you see the other 'hidden' links within this profile page? They will tell you more about me, where I live, what I like and what I do (if you are interested, that is). Just click on the relevant word where the text is bold.
I hope you like.
I have a very unusual surname, which is Erroch. I'm not sure where it comes from, although the google search I did seems to suggest that it is Scottish, as there was a poem called Address To The Woodlark by Robert Burns and it was set to the music of Loch Erroch Side , by Neil Gow .
If anybody out there has any other ideas about my surname,
please let me know.
Check out local Paisley boy Paolo Nutini in the video clip below, which is for his brand new single. His parents still run The Castelvecchi chip shop in New Street, Paisley , while he goes all around the world, becoming a very famous pop star. Check out his site here on myspace too!
Check out a controversial blog on Paolo Nutini, the great young man from Paisley (in my opinon) and leave your own comments.
To see it, click HERE!
Please also have a peek at the other cool videos that I have collected from myspace. There are other music videos, films clips and funny clips too, some weird and some just wonderful, but all worth a watch. Just click HERE , for access to my favourites and you'll see what I like. I may change them too, so check them again some time.

My Interests

Comedy amateur dramatics , the internet (particularly since I got my PC recently), music, singing, keeping fit. I won't say any more, as my 2 gorgeous daughters use this site too and I would hate to embarass them (yeah right!).

Andrew's Counter
I believe that everybody should give blood if they are able to. We would all be willing to accept it, if needed, so why shouldn't we all contribute? I have actually decided to help more and I am now a platelets donor, giving my platelets every month. So, check out the website and sign up if you haven't already... please!!!
I am also registered to be an organ donor because they will be no good to me when I have passed over to the other side, so if they can help somebody else live, then great!
Oh, I nearly forgot! I'm a fully trained First Aider too, so if anybody in cyberspace would like any vitual assistance, try to let me know and I'll see what I can do!

Music:

I love most types of music and my tastes are so wide and varied that I couldn't list them all. You might see from my videos though that I am loving the likes of Lily Allen , Amy Winehouse and KT Tunstall at the moment and well I've always been into The Doors . I'm also renewing my love of the music of AC/DC , especially having made contact with Angus Young here on myspace! Oh, and Pink Floyd too! Och, there are just too many to mention... There are some local Scottish artists in amongst my collection of videos too, including Gerry Rafferty from where I was brought up: Ferguslie Park in Paisley .
The band of the moment, as far as I am concerend is Maximo Park .
I just love their new single 'Our Velocity'.
To see the brilliant video, click HERE!

Movies:

I like films with a realistic feel about them and I love all of Quentin Tarantino's work. My favourite film must be Kill Bill Volumes 1 and 2.
Halloween used to be my favourite.

Television:

I'm into all the soaps (but I don't get so much time to watch them these days, especially since I got this PC). I also like things like The Sopranos (which has probably the coolest theme tune ever, by Alabama 3 ) and other stuff that's a bit creepy. Oh, and... erm, The X-Factor ), even though me and my daughter took part and failed to get through. Next Time!!!

Books:

I am more into visual works, rather than the written word. The longest book I have read would be Christine by Stephen King (that's the one about the devil car).

Heroes:

I'll come back to you on that one.
