My all time favorite story is The Last Herald-Mage trilogy by Mercedes Lackey. I have worn to shreds my first collected copy of it. My loving husband has replaced it, but that one is put away until the first one eventually comes apart and falls into its component pieces. I am the type that reads constantly, sometimes new things, often old friends I have already met and loved.
