About Me

Corn 'Zine was an idea in the mid-90's to do something fun involving skateboarding and music in the West Virginia/Ohio areas. We went through so many names and none had the right sound to them. When someone yelled "Corn 'Zine!!" from the back seat (based on a farmers market we had seen on Route 23 in Ohio) the entire car roared with laughter and it was settled. We never knew that it would evolve from a paper zine into the huge website it is today.
I'm not going to lie, it's been hard. Thankfully a lot of people, bands and labels have been really supportive over the last 12 years and we're still around, stronger than ever.
By the way, in case you HAVEN'T heard of Corn 'Zine but you got a friend request from us, it's because you know some of the dudes that run it or help out with it and we wanted you to add us. Corn 'Zine is primarily ran by Dana White (singer of Holden Caulfield , if you need another association) with a lot of help from Kris Combs, Nick Jarrell, Chris D'Alessandro, Matt Williams, and a few other awesome people. By the way, if you want to help, let us know!
If you want to get in contact with us about anything, send an email. Seriously - this whole thing is more about making friends than anything else.
