About Me

All of us in Bloodlust have been friends for a very long time. Some of us going back as far as fifth grade! We talked about forming a Death Metal band about ten years ago but due to lack of money and Nick going to the Army for 7 years, it was impossible at that time. But here we are in 2006 doing what we love the most, playing sick fucking DEATH METAL!!!! We kept the dream alive buy finally getting insturments and teaching ourselves to use them, thats right, we are all self-tought musicians. Nick bought a guitar while stationed in Hawaii for the army and would practice in his free time. Brandon and I (eric) practiced in the living room of our duplex and would sometimes play some tunes over the phone to Nick. When I realized I could not sing and Play guitar at the same time, we called upon our friend of many years to take over the guitar, Ryan joined the group and Jason volunteered to rip it up on the Bass (also a friend of many years). Bloodlust was entirely formed in early 2005 and have gone from practicing in my cramped living room to having a whole Garage to ourselves (thanx Ryan!), and playing several shows where we recieved a great response every time! We plan on finally getting a good Metal scene here in Bend!! I mean REAL metal!!! Real Metal as in: Suffocation, Dying Fetus, Hypocrisy, Deicide, Desolation, I think you get the picture. These are just a few of our influences. All of you into Real Metal keep your eyes open for BLOODLUST!!! We have put things into motion that cannot be undone.
