MY MOM PASSED AWAY ON MAY 7, 2007. SHE WAS MY BEST FRIEND. IT WAS VERY HARD ON ME, MY HUSBAND, MY DAUGHTERS, MEGAN AND MARAH, AND MY SON, LOGAN. IT WAS ALSO HARD ON MY DAUGHTER, MARAH'S FIANCE, JOSH, AND MY DAUGHTER, MEGAN'S BOYFRIEND, JAMES. FOR ANYBODY READING THIS, PLEASE SPEND ALL THE TIME YOU HAVE WITH YOUR MOM AND DAD. SPEND TIME WITH YOUR GRANDMA AND GRANDPA. IF YOU HAVE ANY DIFFERENCES, "BROKEN FENCES" PLEASE MEND THEM. NOTHING IS WORTH MORE THAN YOUR FAMILY. I AM PLEASED TO SAY THAT I HAVE NO REGRETS WHEN IT COMES TO MY MOM. I AM AT EASE KNOWING THAT SHE KNEW I LOVED HER VERY MUCH, AND SHE LOVED ME VERY MUCH. I GAVE HER FLOWERS WHILE SHE WAS ALIVE. I SPENT ALL THE TIME WITH HER. MY KIDS SPENT OODLES AMOUNT OF TIME WITH HER AND SHE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED BY ALL OF US. SHE IS IN HEAVEN PLAYING CARDS WITH HER BROTHERS, SISTERS, HER FOLKS, GRANDFOLKS, AND NIECES. I LOVE YOU MOM. SAVE A PLACE FOR ME IN HEAVEN SOMEDAY. I was born on November 28, 1963. I married the love of my life on March of 1983. We are the proud parents of two adorable girls, and one wonderful and handsome son. I am an author,singer,songwriter,novelist, and my author name is Dawna Lynn. I am trying to make a difference in people's lives. I have written a book for the Hurricane victims. I finished this 534 page inspirational/religion book on September 19, 2005. It has taken me this time to find a publishing company. My major goal is to donate my entire book to the Oprah Winfrey Angel Network, so my book sells can go entirely to her Network to help out the hurricane victims, as well as other victims of tragedy.My book, In the Eye of the Storm: Riding Out All the Storms in Our Lives, was written for the hurricane victims, and victims of tragedy. Josh is a 2006 gradaute with great honors. He graduated as one of the valedictorians of his class, and as I said, he is my personal editor and he is on the back of the book with me. My book is, Hurricane Katrina: In the Eye of the Storm. The book is now available at amazon. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me. I have many other books ready to publish at this time. My dream is to help as many people's lives as I can while I am on this earth. I have done other things besides this book. Back in 1993 to 1995 I had a singing career. I had my own Country Western Show, called, The Dawna Lynn Show, at a Kansas Holiday Inn. I sang there four nights a week. I hired a singing partner, Casey Walters from Tongonoxie, Kansas. We had a grand ole time there, and the fairs we used to do on top of that. One of the highlights was seeing Tommy Morrison, the fighter, sitting over in the corner watching us sing. Having to turn Tommy down on an offer to sing the National Anthem for one of his fights at Kemper Arena in Kansas City, Mo., was painful. I had laryngytis, and had to pass that big offer up. CLEAN WATER IS A BLESSING WHEN THEY CAN EVEN GET THAT. MY SON "PICTURED NEXT TO ME" JOSH IS TRYING TO FIND ENOUGH MONEY TO GO TO GHANA, GET DOWN WELLINGTON'S STORY AND HIS REFUGEES, TAKE PICTURES, AND DO JOURNALISM ON THE ENTIRE CAMP SO I CAN WRITE A BOOK AND DONATE ALL THE PROCEEDS TO THIS CAMP SO THEY MAY BE ABLE TO LIVE IN DIGNITY WITH RUNNING WATER, SEWAGE, FOOD, CLOTHING, HEALTHCARE, AND HOPEFULLY NEW HOMES AND MORE ACRES TO PUT THEM ON.JUST ONE DOLLAR WOULD HELP GET JOSH TO THE CAMP. Music:

I love all kinds of music. I used to have my own country western show at the Holiday Inn in Olathe, Kansas on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Country is not my favorite music though. Someone is always cheating on someone else in the songs. I like 38-Special, AC/DC, Foreinger, Tom Petty, Cheap Trick, Peter Frampton, The Cars, Styx, Queen, and alot of pop music. I love most music.

Movies:

href="http://photobucket.com/" target="_blank" The first Pirates of the Carribean, the second one I did not like-sorry Johnny. Porky's, yep, Porky's. Come on, it was hilarious. The Holiday. IQ, Tommy Boy, all funny movies. I love anything that has a happy ending, and I love anything that can make me laugh. I do not care for scary movies. I have lived a real life scary movie when my cousin and her daughter's were slaughtered by her own husband, so yeah, no scary movies for me.

Television:

David Letterman and his presidential speaches, yeah, I love David Letterman. I watch the news at time. Depressing though. I like American Idol, and yeah, I think Sanjaya is okay. I don't know what the big issue is. Some of the most famous singers don't sing all that well. Brian Johnson, lead singer of AC/DC is not the best singer, but a really good entertainer, so yeah, what is the deal? I like two and a half men. CSI Miami, Deal or No Deal. I don't really watch much television other than that.
