About Me

Ok, you want to know The Barry? Let's see, I like to play drums, and I like to eat pizza. I have been told that I'm a bit sarcastic, which is probaly true. I am a liberal Catholic, and that's not a paradox! I do some ministry through the chruch, teaching a bit. I grew up on a ski mountain, so I love to ski and snowboard. I've also aquired a taste for surfing, and motorcycle riding. What else, are you still reading this? Ok, I have two nipples, four tattoos, thousands of hairs, one nose, several finger/toe nails, and some spare parts I've accumulated along the way.. I blew out my spine a couple of years ago, so my lifestyle is a bit slower than it used to be. But fear not, I should be fixed up soon, and I'll be back to destroying my body in no time!

My Interests

Music (drums), Books (non-fiction), People (only the interesting ones), Sports, etc. I really like to surf, so surfing is in there. I'm interested in a lot of stuff, maybe I have ADD.

I'd like to meet:

Well, I'd like to meet you if you are reading this. Oh, famous people... Just your normal lists of Musicians, spiritual leaders, international figures, etc..

Music:

Way too much to list here. Punk, Metal, Rock, Jazz, Big Band, Techno, Electronic, etc, etc... I like almost all forms of music, but I really don't like country.. Sorry, I know how much this must hurt, but country is the worst crap out there right now.. But I do like the older stuff like Johny Cash. Mostly, I'm into rock, metal, punk, and the such...Now for the self-promotion... I'm in a band, and we kick some serious ass.. We are the four known as The Them! We are four maniacs making music, and we even tell a couple of jokes along the way.. Check back for show details, or go find The Them, They're in my top eight!

Movies:

Television:

Three words: Battlestar fucking Gallactica.. Other than that, I don't watch too much television.. Oh yeah, and Free Speach TV, on at 3 am on seattle's own cable access network, SCAN channel 77. Plus, anything on the History Channel and of course, Bob Ross.

Books:

Anything non-fiction. Science, Theology, History, Music, Your diary, etc...

Heroes:

Saint Thomas Aquanis, he really knew how to punch people in the head. My Dad, who taught me to tell a joke and not take any shit. My Grandparents, who showed me wisdom in action. Any teacher that I learned from, and anybody that wrote a book that I liked. Anybody, anywhere who lost their life (ie, burnt at the stake) for telling the TRUTH. Finaly, anybody who stood up for their beliefs, no matter the concequence...
