I live for music athough i have been told sleeping,breathing and eating are essential! I started out writing for music fanzines which progressed into band management, tour management, photography, booking and promoting shows and tours in the UK and Europe...I certainly think ive been round the UK in a transit van more than a few times!

I am now very lucky to be doing my 'DREAM JOB'....I work the other side of Oxford at Plastichead (Candlelight and Golf Records...we distribute fuckin loads more!) as a 'Senior Record Label Manager' best job in the world! The people are amazing and who gets to listen to music all day and get paid for it! I've searched for a meaning to my purpose for years and this is it...work wise anyway! Everyone that knows me knows I love my music, I've been rocking the rock since I was a kid and I'll never change, now I just get paid to be as metal as fuck! Persistence really does pay people!
I also can be found going to gigs, festivals (i go to a lot), going to the flicks..im a sucker for horror films, I like black and white photography (you can view some of my stuff here)I dont get as much chance as I used to behind the camera, but I think its something i'd like to make more time for. I particularly like live music photography my work has appeared in various artist albums and magazines such as Terrorizer and Zero Tolerance.
I love Tattoos (Im halfway through my first sleave c/o Cookie @ Cookies Custom Tattoos, Sidbury Road Worcester)I also have some recent feet ink by Laura (www.myspace.com/tattooine)both are awesome artists, check 'em out! I'd love to get a some portrait ink done by Kat Von D in the future. Who knows what else, theres plenty more skin where that came from!...Piercings, Cool Rock/Metal t-shirts, Contemporary art, The colour black, Music autobiographies, Hanging Out/Drinking with friends (big up the Tap House Massive!), Alternative/Metal Clubs/Bars...If I ever get the chance for some time off in the near future the ability to travel more outside of the music would be nice, I have my heart set on going somewhere cool like New York, L.A or San Francisco. Although i'd settle for a beach anywhere to dip my feet in the sea at the moment!!
I'm originally from Kidderminster (the place where time stood still) but now live in Reading. I was getting sick of commuting to work so bit the bullet and moved, which means I get at least an extra three hours sleep a night, which is always a bonus! I house share with Ben who I work with (he has become like family to me over the last twelve months) and my hot boyfriend Alan, who I love very much! I don't get home nearly enough as I should, and miss my family and friends a lot!
