About Me

Official Video for "Fill Your Head With Rock"
Thanks to John Hockley for all his hard work on this video!
2007 kicked off to a great start for Helix. Our new CD "The Power Of Rock N Roll" is getting rave reviews in all the metal mags as well as from Helix fans. In January we toured for two weeks throughout western Canada with The Trailer Park Boys and Swollen Members, followed by two nights in Florida at Bourbon St., in New Port Richey (just outside of Tampa).
The next few weeks have the band playing dates in Southern Ontario. May 24th weekend the band will be in Flin Flon, Manitoba, Winnipeg, and possible Kenora or Brandon.
As well, our U.S. agent, Rich Rubin is trying to put us in Cincinati and Columbus for the same month. We've also recorded 4 brand new tracks: Fill Your Head With Rock, Livin' Life Large, Nickles & Dimes, and Eat My Dust.
Watch for clips from in the studio on our site soon, as well as footage from the Trailer Park Boys tour (click on link above to see). Check out what we're doing each week at www.planethelix.com on the "update" section on the top tool bar of the home page. As well, check my blog for weekly video messages and other assorted nonsense.
This new HELIX CD "The Power Of Rock And Roll" draws it's raw energy from the roots of Rock and Roll!
