Ross Waldron

Raised on a sheep farm in central NSW, it's obvious the heat got to Ross's brain at some stage. Without the influence of other guitarists to guide him, he adopted the attitude that other musicians were just superfluous hindrances anyway, and set about developing a style of playing that is completely self-sufficient.
He utilises these isolation induced skills to produce fingerstyle tunes of embellished origins, yet stellar quality. Performances always involve a detailed explanation of the inspiration for the songs, but rarely are they accurate or correct.
The use of G, C and D progressions are avoided at all cost, and anyone who spots one in his recordings or performances has permission to beat him vigorously around the head with an autoharp.
He also really likes chocolate.
