In September of 2006 the band released the debut album "Surgically Hacked" on Amputated Vein Records (Japan). Dave and Tim performed all the vocal tracks for the Surgically Hacked CD.In September of 2006 the band added vocalist, Levi Fuselier (Disgorge/Sabbatic Feast) to begin writing vocal material for the next release. In November of 2006 Pathology parted ways with guitarist Nick Gervais.
