I started playing reggae-dub music for my friends in de mid 90's, mostly in private parties around Lisboa and Cascais. I’m living in Tondela, a small country-side city of Portugal, since 1998. Here, I once owned a bar called "estado lÃquido" were, for two years, I was able to put together some music events like Concerts of Monte Cara, Vinte pás Oito, Sick Sick Six, Shrooms, Spit Out and Angriff. There were also special dj nights from Death Metal to Drum n Bass or Trance. Since the beginning of 2000, I’ve been playing in several places/events around Lisboa/Cascais, such as Bafureira, Angel´s, Bar do Guincho, Bar da Praia da Cresmina, Souk, Faculdade de Letras, Texas Bar, Europa , and other places around Viseu like Lusco-Fusco. I’m a member of the BADMOOD music collective (www.badmood.net) since 2006, having been invited to start a new DUB influence in the group. I play mostly hard stepping dub and I’m not a rasta!!!
