SAVE IT!
my favorite genre is Jazz and my fav band is Rage Against the Machine. I've got a serious obsession with David Bowie and a soft spot for System of a Down, Non Phixion, The Mars Volta, Tool, A Perfect Circle (and every other MJK project), KRS-One, Dead Prez, Public Enemy, Tribe Called Quest, Cypress Hill, The Fugees, and Simon & Garfunkle. Sheryl Crow has a beautiful voice, so does Aretha Franklin, Julie London, Chaka Khan, Diana Krall and Nora Jones. Morcheeba, Radiohead, Dido, The Cranberries and Marvin Gaye never fail to relax my nerves or to calm my mind when I am troubled or feeling small. I like Bob Dylan and the Nightwatchman too...
"The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou" is the greatest, most touching and the funniest movie ever made... I think all of Wes Anderson's films are great, cant wait for the next one. I enjoy all of Quentin Tarentino and Robert Rodriguez' films. Dystopian dramas such as "1984", "Fahrenheit 451", "Metropolis", "A Scanner Darkly" and "V For Vendetta" are all near and dear to me. I love political documentaries and exposes like "Why We Fight" and "Zapatista" or "A Place Called Chiapas", "Who Killed the Electric Car" is another good one. "The Day the Earth Stood Still" is one of the greatest films ever made, I think it should be mandatory that every child see it before entering elementary school.
Most television is poison, but I do admit to these guilty pleasures: History's Mysteries, Animal Precinct, South Park, The Prisoner (BBC series), Chappelle's Show, Real Time with Bill Maher, Penn and Teller: Bullshit!, The X-Files, Millenium, Babylon 5, The Twillight Zone (the original), The Outer Limits, ameteur/lightweight boxing, the olympic games, greco-roman wrestling, pro-wrestling (the fake stuff), competitive full-contact martial arts, The World Cup finals
