About Me

Third Party Records has been putting out Straight Edge hardcore for over 10 years now. Third Party started in 1993 as a demo label putting out tapes for local bands in my hometown of Buffalo, NY and doing other scene related tasks like doing a zine and distro.My first actual record release was the Halfmast 'Influence' 7" in 1994. As of right now Third Party is up to 34 releases.

Sounds Like:
Most of what I release is influenced by 80's SXE hardcore, punk, and thrash. If you like or are interested in Rev 1-20, Youngblood releases, Grave Mistake releases, and 625 releases, you will likely be into my releases.Think old bands like Minor Threat, DYS, Chain of Strength, No For An Answer, Insted, and Infest, or think more recent bands like No Justice, What Happens Next, The First Step, The Spark, Wasted Time, Weekend Nachos, and No Slogan. Fast old style hardcore.
