LifeLine Records is a hardcore/punk label that is an expensive hobby.
How LifeLine Records came about: xHead Onx played Chicago, IL and we were blown away. The band had so much heart and integrity. They drove 9 hours to play first on a show with only demos to sell. The band had a lot of good things to say along with, explaining the lyrics to every song, and playing live with a tremendous amount of energy.
LifeLine orginally started out with Joe and Ryan (Mooth), we came up with the name from the GI Joe action figure. We basically ran through all the toys we played with as a child to try too come up with a name we liked. After Ryan and I talked to each other about how impressed we were by xHead Onx, and being record nerds...LifeLine Records was born. Soon after Ryan had plans to move away to school, from the second release on the label has been funded by myself (Joe). If you ever read about LifeLine and see the term "we", it's from the help of friends and the bands. If it wasn't for some of my closest friends, I'm not so sure that all of this would exist.
